Our gym is full of free weights , platforms and racks. We like to lift, but we also like to see people exceed their fitness and competitive goals. We selected our equipment based on our passion for Strength & Conditioning and believe that everyone would benefit from learning basic lifting techniques to aid their health and wellbeing as well as their performance in sport.
We have had particular success with teaching non-lifters the basics, some of these people have never wanted to lift a barbell before in their life, but now regularly and safely train with us. Whatever your fitness or performance goal we can help you be STRONGER, FASTER and BETTER than you thought possible.
